Registration 2021-2022

 General Instructions

  1. Admission will be given only in the Nursery. Preference would be given to those born between 1st June 2017 to  31st March 2018.
  2. Link of the application forms for the Nursery class will be available online from 17.11.2020 (09:00 am) to 21.11.2020 (09:00 am) on the website http://www.stjudesnakodar.ac.in/
    Those who wish to do the registration offline; they can come to the school from 17.11.2020 to 21.11.2020 between 09:30 am – 12 noon.
  3. Registration Fee: 500/- (Non-Refundable)
  4. The registration form will be accepted only on the successful online payment of the fee.
  5. Forms will be available only on first come serve basis. Only the first 200 applications will be accepted. The admission link will turn inactive soon after 200 applicants are registered within the given time frame.
  6. As the number of seats is very limited we regret that not all applicants can be accommodated.
  7. Incorrect, incomplete information automatically disqualifies the candidates. Each applicant can register only once.
  8. All the columns of the form except E-mail id should be filled in CAPITAL LETTERS only.
  9. Don’t use abbreviations and short form of words.
  10. Certain fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to be filled and the form cannot be submitted if they are left blank.
  11. Before filling the registration form please read the prospectus uploaded on the website of the school (Compulsory) http://www.stjudesnakodar.ac.in/
  12. No changes whatsoever will be made after the admission.
  13. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the Interaction Session via message to their registered no.
  14. On the day of the Interaction Session, you have to bring your Registration Form with all the required documents.
  15. Rules and Regulation for admission will be intimated to the selected candidates during the day of Interaction Session.
  16. Registration does not guarantee admission. In all matters related to admission, the decision of the management of the school will be final. In case the admission is granted.
  17. The Management of the school reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular candidate. (The selection procedure is designed by a Committee and the selection of the candidate is done by the Management).
  18. There will be no reconsideration for the candidates if once not selected.
  19. Recommendation or approach through middlemen will result in disqualification for admission.
  20. The school does not have its own transportation facility therefore the transportation of the children to and from the school is entirely the responsibility of the parents.
  21. As long as the school does not receive any grant in aid from the Govt. the school is constrained to revive the fee structure annually to meet the rise in expenditure due to the increase of the cost of living. The enhanced rates of tuition fee and other dues if any will be informed at the time of the interaction section.

Documents that must be uploaded as a part of the application form

  1. A valid Mobile no. (father’s/mother’s).
  2. A valid E-mail ID.
  3. Before filling the registration form please read the prospectus uploaded on the website of the school http://www.stjudesnakodar.ac.in/
  4. Passport photo of Child, father and mother (Individual)
  5. A recent passport size photograph of the child in jpg format (size of the photo should not be more than 150 KB) must be uploaded.
  6. Date of Birth Certificate issued under RBD Act 1969, according to the direction of the Registrar General of India Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India.
  7. A birth certificate without the name of the child will not be accepted.
  8. Photocopy of Birth Certificate should be notary attested.
  9. Aadhaar card copy of the child (attested)
  10. Father’s and mother’s ID proof (Aadhaar Card/ PAN/ Passport) should be attested.
  11. SC Certificate for SC students.
  12. Baptism certificate for Christian students.
  13. Fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. name, parent’s names, and date of birth) correctly.
  14. After completing and submitting the online registration form, download and take out the print out a copy. (compulsory)

NB: All the above-mentioned documents should be filed and submitted in the school on at the time of interaction session (Compulsory)
